Q: do you do returns or exchanges?

A: we're happy to accept exchanges within 30 days in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrectly, but you'll sadly have to pay to ship it back out to us. once we receive it we'll ship the proper order back to you free of charge and to make up for it, we'll throw some buttons or stickers or small puppies in. fill out our exchange form to get things started.

if your order never arrives, use the contact form below to let us know and we'll sort it out. if hasn't been over 14 days check out the FAQ on our shipping for info on checking up on your order and knowing when to start worrying.

if an item arrives as ordered, but you would still like to exchange it, you'll have to pay shipping both ways. also, exchanged merchandise has to be unworn & new-condition so someone else can enjoy it one day. fill out our exchange form to get things started.
